Returns and Exchange Policy:
Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
Sign-in to your account, go to your order details page, and request a return for this order.
We will send the courier to the same delivery location.
After inspecting the item and assuring ready-for-sale conditions, we will process your refund as per step 2.
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange:
The customer has the right to replace or return any purchased items within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery date. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale conditions are preserved.
Customers have to inspect purchased items when receiving from the courier.
